This Order Policy describes how myuniqueoffice.com (the “Site” or “we” or "MUO" or "MUO's") handles order cancelations, order modifications and returns.
Order Modification Policy
Once a customer has placed an order at myuniqueoffice.com there can be no modifications or revisions to that order. All sales are final.
Order Cancelation Policy
All customers have the option to send an email request to cancel their order within (24) hours of ordering from myuniqueoffice.com. All email communication sent to (email@example.com) will be initially replied to with an automatic response email. If you did not receive this auto response, your request was not received, and you are not eligible to cancel your order. Your (24) hours are measured from the timestamp of your order confirmation email to the timestamp of MUO's auto response email. Example, if you place an order and receive your confirmation email on Saturday at 7PM, you have until Sunday at 7PM to email your request for cancelation and receive the initial auto response email. Your timestamp will be based on the time zone your order is placed in. Please make the subject or you email: "Cancelation". Additionally, please include your; order confirmation number and contact information in the body of your email. Customers who request cancelation of their order within (24) hours will receive a full refund. If you do not cancel within the (24) hour window, your order will be placed and you will be charged the full amount of your order.
All products ordered from myuniqueoffice.com are custom and made-to-order. As such orders cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales are final.
